This is a new, 4500 square foot Spanish colonial style house. The client worked with me on the design. We worked well together, balancing his needs as a spec house builder and my aesthetic concerns as an Architect.
This house was once owned by a famous Arborist who had planted a variety of beautiful trees through out the property. The house had to be designed and built to fit in the existing landscape of the property.
This two story historical renovation is located on a corner lot on with beautiful existing landscape.
