Carlos Rojas, AIA
Carlos has worked on many award winning projects throughout his career. He began as an independent architect in 1999 and was soon responsible for the design and construction oversight of historic renovations throughout the island. Later, he designed several mansions in Islamorada, Marathon, and Sunset Key.
His bar and nightclub designs include Bourbon Street Pub, Teasers Upstairs, Ernestos' Bar, and The Piano Bar.
Carlos strongly believes in giving back to the community and serving wherever he can make a positive difference. He is an active Rotarian, a member of the American Institute of Architects, and has also run for Commissioner of Monroe County.
He is currently the appointed architect on the Historic Architecture Commission (HARC) of Key West and serves as a chairman at the Montessori School.
Robin Leslie
Robin is a highly experienced architectural and engineering draftsman. He started out in carpentry and quickly moved up to licensed building contractor. He is currently a professional estimator and building consultant. Robin has also designed several estimating software packages available on the market today. His expertise helps keep project costs down and our computer system up.
He is very personable and enjoys scientific hobbies such as astronomy and paleontology.
Kris Gould
Kris is a very talented draftsman and designer. His youth and experience brings the modern day speed and computerized efficiency required of a competitive modern office. Although all of our designs start as hand drawn sketches, they are soon transformed into 3D computer models. Digital files are then sent to our various partners in the design team, such as structural and mechanical engineers, landscape architects and others.
