For over 10 years, Carlos Rojas + Associates has been designing high quality structures. Founded in 1999 by Mr. Rojas, his vision was to protect the historic architecture of Key West and use his knowledge to promote sustainable communities from within.           

Over the years, the firm has saved many historic structures from the wrecking ball, remodeled and added onto historic structures, and build entirely new buildings within the historic context of Key West and Monroe County.

More recently, commercial projects have become an increasing part of the architectural repertoire. Mr. Rojas has designed several bars and restaurants, as well as banks, offices, and marine industrial buildings.

Carlos Rojas AIA has been the architect of record for many award winning and notable projects. Some of these include:
